Nottinghamshire Mind is recruiting a team of coaches that can deliver a programme of support known as Active Monitoring, to support people struggling with their mental wellbeing across Bassetlaw.

Based in the GP surgeries of Retford and Villages PCN, this is an exciting opportunity to build a relationship with local GPs and their patients.
