Exciting new way to join in Move More in May!

There is a fantastic new way to take part in the Bassetlaw Move More in May fitness initiative, thanks to BPL!sa

Anyone with a mobile phone can now download the BPL Your Space app for free to log your moves, then enter your results at

There is no need for any other technology other than a mobile phone and all the moves you make – with your mobile in a pocket or holder – will be counted and added to the Move in More in May total.

In addition to this you can also download BPL’s online exercise platform  registering online to join in the home workouts packed with exercise sessions for all abilities from seated exercise to high impact HITT.

Angie Dainty of BPL said: “We really want to get as many people as possible doing some exercise and getting involved in the Move More in May initiative.

“The benefits of a little exercise can help with losing weight, improving mood, and help you sleep better. It can also bring with it social benefits if you exercise with another person or group.

“We have a huge range of different exercise routines, blogs and a community section for support and advice, available on the Your Space at Home website.”
